S.T.I.L.L GROWING is direct support for Primary schools and Lower School Secondary students.
These workshops can be arranged as a 3 half day events (3 x up to 2hr sessions) for groups of 10 young people or on a 1 to 1 basis or as an extra-curricular activity.
S.T.I.L.L STUDYING is a systematic way of supporting young people in Secondary School experiencing anxiety towards their examinations.
This 3 half-day programme helps lower anxiety and teaches skills and hacks to help with exam preparation.
S.T.I.L.L TEACHERS is designed for teachers and those working in schools to support their mental health, tackle anxieties, build confidence and manage overwhelming emotions.
Teachers are guided through The S.T.I.L.L Method programme and given practical strategies to use both in their professional and personal lives.
S.T.I.L.L PARENTS is designed to help parents/guardians support their young people tackle their anxieties, build confidence and manage emotions.
Parents/Guardians are guided through The S.T.I.L.L Method system and given tips and simple techniques on preventing and stopping panic attacks and using guided imagery.
S.T.I.L.L WORKPLACE is designed to help employers support their employees to tackle anxiety, build confidence and manage emotions. Employees are guided through The S.T.I.L.L Method system and given personalised practical strategies to use at work and at home.
This can be implemented as part of a workplace mental health awareness strategy.
