With over 15 years of working in education Jen is an experienced teacher, presenter, facilitator and storyteller with a vast knowledge of personal development. She currently lives and works in the South of Scotland with her partner and their two little dogs. As a former international athlete Jen, like many others, has suffered from moments of self-doubt and can pinpoint many times during her school and sporting careers that fear, worry and anxiety have hindered her progress. Jen’s mission is to help young people and adults understand and overcome their anxieties.
By using our programme’s simple, accessible and easy to remember techniques Jen will initiate healthy well-being conversations, unleash potential and support people in living happy and fulfilling lives.
Jen has a full Protecting Vulnerable Group (PVG) check and is fully insured.
